Before products leave the factory, a triple-layer inspection system is implemented: operator individual inspection → QC verification → packaging confirmation. Production workers perform an initial check on each product, QC staff conduct a systematic secondary inspection, and packaging personnel verify appearance and packaging integrity. Each stage requires sign-off to ensure every product meets the highest quality standards before shipment.

Raw materials are sourced from reputable international suppliers (e.g., VSM, 3M) to ensure performance and consistency. Materials undergo strict inspection upon receipt, and workers recheck them during production to ensure they meet specifications and performance requirements, forming the foundation for final product quality.

Equipment Inspection and Maintenance
Before production starts each day, workers inspect the operational status of all equipment, including motors, speed, temperature, and pressure. Monthly maintenance is conducted to check key equipment and parameters, such as oven temperature stability and wheel wear, preventing equipment issues from affecting product quality.

Detailed production records are maintained for every product from raw material intake to shipment, including batch, operator, equipment status, and inspection results.
